About Us

Lynchburg Arms and Indoor Range has been a staple in the local firearms and shooting community since 2010. Our original location was what you expected from a local gun shop. Warm customer service, a small show room, plenty of inventory, and an indoor range that featured five 25yd lanes. Business was running smooth, but tragedy struck in 2024. Due to faulty wiring, our beloved range caught fire and burnt down on 6.17.2024. Damage was beyond repair, inventory was lost, and spirits were low. Do we rebuild? Do we say it was a good run while it lasted? While we wrestled with these decisions, an opportunity presented itself. A state-of-the-art shooting range was sitting empty just 15 minutes away! Thus, the new Lynchburg Arms and Indoor Range was born! We are dedicated to providing the same friendly customer service that you would expect, with the bonus of a modern range experience. Our new facility features an even larger retail section than our previous showroom offered. We also have two private classrooms that are utilized for our CCW classes, Women's classes, Stop the Bleed, and much more. A VIP lounge is available for use that features private access to a pistol bay, kitchen, fireplace, and lockers (great place for a birthday party/work gathering!). The highlight of our new location is the shooting range. We have a total of 18 pistol lanes out to 25yds split between two bays, and a rifle bay that features four lanes out to 112yds! The rifle bay is rated up to .50 BMG, and the pistol bays are rated up to .308. We also accept the use of muzzleloaders and shotguns. With the opening of the new facility, we had also decided to obtain our manufacturing license. This has allowed us to build a collection of full auto firearms that are also available for rent on the range! We didn't stop there either. Our manufacturing branch is better known as Spectrum Defense, and we are happy to be getting into the suppressor industry, with additional projects to come! So, Lynchburg Arms has all of your needs covered. From transfers/purchases to gun rentals, suppressors, gunsmithing, professional training, or even just a good spot to hang out!
